These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Llanfairfechan Town FC website and for buying products, memberships and sponsorships from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You may use our website for browsing, buying products, joining as a member and supporting the club. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaks the law or any regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Copy, reproduce or misuse our content, logos or branding without permission
• Use the website in a way that could damage, disable or impair it

We may update, change or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.

4. Products, Kit & Merchandise

We sell official club kit, merchandise and equipment through this website. We try to describe and picture every item as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, sizing or design can occur, particularly with custom and printed items.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before your order is confirmed.

Some items are made to order or personalised with names and numbers. These are treated differently for returns, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Fulfilment & Collection Partner

Our products are held and fulfilled by our club partner, Coffee DU. Orders are prepared, collected, returned and exchanged through Coffee DU. When you place an order for collection, this is where you will pick it up, and any returns or exchanges are also handled there. 6. Memberships

Club memberships are paid on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the tier chosen). By joining, you agree to the following:

• Membership payments are collected automatically on a recurring schedule until cancelled
• You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting the club
• Membership merchandise and benefits are provided as described in the membership package you select
• Membership contributions support the running and development of the club

If you cancel, your membership and its benefits will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will not renew after that. Payments already made are not refunded, but no further payments will be taken.

7. Sponsorships

Businesses and individuals can sponsor teams, equipment or the club as a whole. Sponsorship recognition (such as website listings, social media features and match invitations) is provided as described on our sponsorship pages.

Sponsorship can be paid in full or in instalments. Where an instalment plan is agreed, you commit to completing the agreed payments for the season. Once recognition or sponsor merchandise has been provided, sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. If an instalment plan is cancelled, any remaining benefits may be paused, and payments already made will not be refunded.

8. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation by email. A contract between you and the club is formed once we accept and confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Payment is handled securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

9. Delivery & Collection

10. Intellectual Property

The Llanfairfechan Town FC name, club badge, logos, designs and website content are the property of the club (or used under licence). You may not use, copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep our website and products in good order, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

12. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty or misdescribed goods can always be returned, regardless of anything stated in these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
