We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Llanfairfechan Town FC. This policy explains when you can return an item, how refunds work, and the few items that can't be returned. It sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law, which always apply.
All our products are held by our club partner, Coffee DU. Returns and exchanges are processed through Coffee DU, so once you've contacted us to start a return, your item will be returned or exchanged there. We'll guide you through exactly what to do.
For most standard, non-personalised items bought online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back or drop it off.

Please note: The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We'd recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. You're also welcome to return items in person to Coffee DU.
Under UK consumer law, items that are personalised or made to your specification cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. This includes:
Please double-check your name, number, size and spelling carefully before ordering personalised items, as these cannot be changed or refunded once printing has begun.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll cover the cost of returning it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where you can, a photo of the issue.
This applies to all items, including personalised kit, your rights on faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Membership packages include merchandise as well as ongoing club benefits. Once membership merchandise has been dispatched or personalised, it follows the same rules as above.
If you cancel your membership, it will continue until the end of the period you've already paid for and won't renew after that. Payments already made are not refunded, but no further payments will be taken.
Sponsorship contributions support the club directly and are non-refundable once recognition and any sponsor merchandise have been provided. If an instalment plan is cancelled, payments already made will not be refunded and any remaining benefits may be paused.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original delivery charges are only refunded where an item is faulty or sent in error.
